In 2026 Headlines celebrates our 50th year as one of Worle High Streets longest running businesses and Hair Salons in the region.

Headlines recently moved to new larger premises at 141 High Street Worle where we have transformed the new salon with modern and stylish decor adding extra work stations to give our team and clients a more spacious and relaxing safe atmosphere.

In the past 5 Decades Headlines has prided itself on offering the best customer service and hairdressing possible but at affordable prices.

Our main aim at Headlines is to provide an innovative creative environment that is warm, friendly and uplifting.

Sarah, John and the Salon Team are very proud to be in our 50th year of Professional hair dressing in Weston and Worle in 2026. Now located Hair Salon in Worle at their new premises of 141 High Street, Worle, Somerset, just 100 yards up the road directly opposite the Co-op. The Hair Salon has been in Worle High Street since 1976 and continues to provide a full range of the latest styles, professional and qualified colouring.

Pride, Passion & Outstanding Customer Service
John is a truly fabulous hair stylist. My sister recommended Headlines in Worle High Street after I’d been a long-term client elsewhere, and having now been here, I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The customer service is absolutely top-notch — nothing is ever too much trouble. The whole salon has such a positive, happy atmosphere, and it’s clear that everyone takes real pride in their work and their salon.
My appointments can take around four hours, and throughout that time there’s a constant flow of happy, returning customers, which really says it all.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this salon — truly head and shoulders above the rest. ✨

It is such an honour to be a client at the best salon in Weston. The staff have been so helpful, understanding and supportive during what have been for me very difficult physical and emotional times. Headlines is by far the best salon i have been to in years. After trying multiple different salons in Weston for multiple years no one has been as invested as headlines, i went to them after a previous salon had damaged my hair and completely ignored what i wanted from them, i had multiple visits with John who understood exactly what my hair needed and what i wanted. On my last visit i had Sophie, who i absolutely loved, it is the first time in YEARS my hair has felt a bit like me!! They aren't over priced and they really know what they are doing.

I have taken my children there for their hair cuts since, for £20 you get a wash, cut and blowdry, the girls LOVED it and Sophie again was fantastic with the girls and really made them feel valued and special, as it should when you get your hair done.

Thank you for being honest and transparent and really listening and caring about value for money but also ensuring our hair is the best it can be both in looks and health! So glad to have found a salon i can trust!!
